Yes these cats are giving their humans hi-fives. It is possible to train your cat to do these kinds of tricks but it does take a bit more time than it does with a dog. Dogs are driven to please their owner, cats…  not so much. Positive reinforcement is the way to go to show them when they are doing something right.
