What if your friends behaved like cats and dogs? That’s a crazy thing to ask right?…We all know that cats and dogs are different and that they have individual psychological games they play. For as long as anyone can remember, there has been the debate as to what is the better pet, cats or dogs? Dogs generally like to please their owners, and it’s a well-documented fact that cats are self centered and think they rule the roost. Bottom line: cats are jerks and dogs are just weird..

If Your Friends Acted Like Your Pets…

Sometimes seeing things in a different perspective helps you to get a new understanding. So these creative guys decided to put the cat/dog debate into a human view. In this video, you see what it would be like to have friends who behaved like animals. From the “dog” friend who feels shame when he spills something, to the “cat” friend who just has to puke on the floor, they really do hit the nail on the head.

tiny spaces1

Oh these cat’s just don’t give up! Have you ever watched a cat try to squeeze themselves into a tiny space or a small box, etc? Cats are made in a way that they can bend and squeeze into impossible places. And they are so determined and persistent. Sometimes they end up getting themselves stuck in something. Cat parents see this quite often and it is pretty funny…

Cats Will Squeeze Into Any Tiny Space LOL!!

funny feel good1

Why do cats seem to make us feel better? As we know, cats are extremely funny, unpredictable creatures. From chasing laser lights to sleeping in awkward positions, they are always full of surprises and fun to watch. But there is more to it than that. For example, did you know just 15 to 30 minutes of quality time with a cat can calm your nerves and boost your mood? There’s even chemical evidence to back that theory up. When you spend time with a cat, your production of serotonin, a chemical that boosts feelings of well-being, goes up.

Cats: Our Funny Feel Good Friends…

This means that spending time with a cat can not only give you a lot of laughs, but it can keep you healthier in the long run. The internet seems to agree, as cats have taken it by storm with popularity of thousands of hilarious cat videos and pictures. Here is one featuring just a few of the reasons we love cats…

Will you forget me?? Never! Cats are like the proverbial elephants of memory: They never forget. Cats have excellent long-term memory and will remember people they have had a close association with for the rest of their lives. They will have positive feelings for those who fed and played with them, and negative feelings those who hurt or mistreated them. This is why it takes a long time to build trust with a neglected or abused cat.

Does Furbaby Remember You??

However, have no fear if you need to board your kitty for a few weeks or even months. She will definitely remember you and be pleased to see you when you return. Cats have an even better memory than dogs. Studies have found that dogs have a memory span of around 5 minutes while cats retain information for about 16 hours. That is like 200 times longer! Their long-term memories are even more impressive. Even after many years, when reunited, they can remember human companions they had a close bond with, and possibly will remember them for life.
